I wanted to write to you to share my experience with Jayson Cantu as my realtor. We have done business in the past together (2005) and I already had familiarity with his work style, integrity and sensitivity. This last experience was much more stressful due to the length of time that it took for my home to sell. (over 4 months). Again, Jayson was professional, responsive and although at difficult times, optimistic. He did everything he could to support me and my family in the process of buying and selling. He is a strong advocate for his clients. He is very sensitive and perceptive to his clients' needs, at the same time can be a ferocious negotiator; but always professional. Jayson is the kind of person that is rare in today's world – smart, kind, and one that truly provides customer service. As a single mom and sole supporter of my 2 children, I need to depend on someone who is honest and has my best interest in mind.  As a manager of over 50 employees, I would love to hear this kind of feedback about one of my staff. You're lucky to have him. He is a gem in a field that attracts abrasive, self serving, unscrupulous people. I have worked with other real estate agents in my life, but Jayson will be the only one I will ever work with again. (Even though I DO NOT plan on moving again anytime soon!!) I have and will recommend him to any of my friends or coworkers should they be in the market.
